WM Datenservice
WM Datenservice, based in Frankfurt, is an information service provider to the international financial community and serves the entire German financial industry.
Its database contains almost one million active financial instruments (including 70,000 investment funds), covering nearly the entire European securities spectrum. As a National Numbering Agency, WM Datenservice is also responsible for the allocation of German securities identification numbers (WKNs) and the corresponding International Security Identification Numbers (ISINs) in respect of German issuers.
As a business partner of SimCorp, WM Datenservice supplies a coordinated set of master and corporate actions data on a daily basis, plus data for risk management, compliance and reporting purposes. In addition, WM Datenservice specialises in German tax data, on both the investor and fund levels.
