SimCorp aims to improve the dialogue with the company’s shareholders in order to inform about SimCorp news and activities.
To optimize the dialogue it is however necessary that SimCorp knows its shareholders. We therefore recommend that SimCorp shareholders register their shares by name in the stock register.

SimCorp uses electronic communication with its registered shareholders and we therefore ask that you register your email address. You will then receive an email invitation to the Annual General Meeting, Company Announcements and press releases. SimCorp’s Annual General Meeting 2010 was the last General Meeting to be called on paper.
SimCorp’s InvestorPortal is a service to SimCorp’s shareholders registered by name, where shareholders have an online possibility to:
- See the size of personal holding of SimCorp shares registered by name
- Sign up for the Annual General Meeting
- Vote at the Annual General Meeting prior to the meeting by giving proxy
Open the InvestorPortal and find additional information and possibilities for logon via net-ID or by creating a password (VP user).
