Terms, conditions, and contacts


These are SimCorp’s general terms and conditions for North American course enrolment.

Enrolment requirements


All enrolments are subject to approval by SimCorp – because we want you to attend the training most suited to your needs. We will send you an email confirmation typically within three business days of your registration.  For maximum benefit, we generally require a minimum of five course participants.

Course fees and invoicing


Course fees may vary by location and level of customization. For more information, please contact training.NorthAmerica@simcorp.com

Training costs will be invoiced approximately four weeks prior to the course and terms of payment are two weeks prior to course start date.

Cancellation/ substitution policy


Cancellations are accepted by email:

  • If two weeks or more before start of a course: the fee will be refunded in full.
  • If less than two weeks prior to the start: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.


If you are unable to attend a course, you may send a substitute from your company, upon written notice not later than one day prior to course start. SimCorp reserves the right to change or cancel any part of the published program due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case all fees will be refunded.
